Sharp suits poster collection

If you follow creative magazines and blogs like us you may well have come across the work of Irish designers Mark Shanley and Paddy Treacy, in particular their series “Sharp Suits”. The exhibition was hosted by the pair last year and has had a huge amount of recognition since the initial show. They asked a group of artists, designers and animator’s to recall their favourite worst feedback from clients and bring it together into a creative piece of design. The event was such a success and the prints so popular that the designers had to stop taking orders for the prints, after so much interest in the artwork.

Like so many others, our own creative team have found comfort and a bit of light relief from a number of these posters.

Most of the designs offer a fun tongue-in-cheek design, each centred on certain client quotes and niggling comments - lets just say we can certainly relate to a number of them! See our favourite designs and phrases from the collection.
