Nexus Big Plans Announced!

Apologies to anyone who contacted our offices last Friday and had trouble reaching us.
We were having a full staff meeting at an off-site location. The purpose of the meeting was to announce our ambitious plans to the Nexus team and to introduce the new management structure.
Steve who set up the business in 1993 will remain as MD but be taking a 'hands-off' role to concentrate on long term plans and Jason has stepped up to the plate to run the business and implement the strategy under a new title of Client Services Director.
Jason will be supported by Richard as Operations Director and Claudine as Creative Services Director and below them we have introduced a further level of supervision. Erin will now be Senior Account Coordinator and James is now Senior Graphic Designer. This new management structure paves the way for a raft of new staff.
We have recently taken on a new Account Manager (Claire) and a new Junior Designer (Jenny) and we plan for another Account Manager and Account Coordinator in August and a further Account Manager and Designer by the end of 2008.
Nexus is now moving into an aggressive growth phase and we will working harder to bring on new clients as well as actively seeking other agencies that we can acquire.
We are expanding and completely refurbishing our offices too and this includes; a new server and IT infrastructure, a new telephone system, furniture, client reception area and larger meeting room.
These plans will make us more efficient to meet the needs of our current clients and help us open doors to new ones too.
