More power to the print!

IBM's Almaden Research Centre in San Jose, California are pioneering new ways of using software tied into Twitter, to enable them to provide data about how best to reach specific demographics , helping them to increase the impact of their campaigns.
Their research showed that in the USA, the 111.8bn direct marketing sector, print generated a 3% return, while e-mail marketing generated only 0.1% and online adverts generated 0.01%.
Clear proof that print is here to stay for quite a while longer!
